Panos Balatsoukas is a Lecturer in Experience Design for Digital Health in the Design School of Loughborough University, and a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Population Health Sciences of King’s College London.
His research is focused on the application of user-centred design methods and techniques to improve the safety of, user experience and interaction with, data-driven digital health services. Before joining Loughborough University Panos held, for several years, postdoctoral research positions in the School of Population Health and Environmental Sciences of King’s College London and the Institute of Population Health of the University of Manchester and worked for several multi-million pound UKRI and NIHR funded projects focused on improving the design of digital clinical, and public health, interventions for people with cardiovascular, chronic kidney and mental health conditions.
